A WELSH legend along with a comedian and a rugby chairman are to receive the Freedom of Neath Port Talbot.
Councillors have chosen Glynneath entertainer Max Boyce, Seven Sisters comedian Colin Price and Aberavon RFC chairman Andrew Vaughan John, to be in line to receive the prestigious honour.

Glynneath councillor Del Morgan said he was very pleased that Max Boyce who is very much a “likeable character” will be honoured.
He said: “A lot of people know he had a very difficult start in life as he lost his father underground.
