I would like to thank all the people who have
contributed to the years of being "on the road" and making
it possible to build this website. Over the years they have
followed my career and played no small part in it.
They have been glad of my success and
more importantly shared in my disappointments. I thank them
for their generosity, for the times we have spent
together turning night into day and more importantly
for the lasting respect and friendships that have ensued.
I hope that here we will give you more of an
insight into what has taken place and share with you
